We want you to fall in love with your mattress. To give you peace of mind and the opportunity to adjust, we offer a 100-night guarantee on all mattress purchases. This means you have 100 nights to sleep on your mattress and if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate an exchange for one that better suits your needs.
For all other products including bedding, pillows, and accessories we will accept returns and exchanges of items in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
the rest reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
◦ Items without an original receipt or gift receipt and items marked final sale
◦ Monogrammed items, made to order items (e.g. custom duvet and pillows)
◦ Items damaged through normal wear and tear
To initiate a return, please reach out to your dedicated concierge team via phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and address any concerns or questions you may have. Please ensure you have proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order number, available.
We will assist you in coordinating the return shipping process. If a return is due to damage or an error on our part, a return label will be provided at no cost. If due to other reasons, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
